The verdict is still out on whether or not it is helping with my sleep issues, as that is dependant on the day.

I’m not sure about how the mushrooms have made a difference in my health and wellbeing, but I seem to have more energy and better digestion. I’m 78 years old with severe arthritis in my knees and hips, I am hoping it will eventually make a difference.

I havent been using the powder very long so no lots of positive or negative thoughts yet. I was worry how this is going to change the coffee taste and to my pleasant surprise it doesn’t. Happy to keep adding it and wait for the positive results

I took 3 grams when I began taking it, not doing that again lol! I scaled back to 1 and am building from there. I had a very definite reaction. It's so different from the blend I got from another company, and I almost gave up. Glad I didn't. I'll review after about 6 weeks, but I think this is right for me.

Great taste. Great product. I have been using iFungi for 6 months I have noticed an improvement with my memory. I can Easily remember peoples names and retain more information. Enough that I have noticed a difference.

I only gave it 4 stars as of right now because I am not noticing any difference yet. I am only doing 1 scoop per day and maybe I need to do more. I do love that there is no residue in the bottom of my cup and no taste whatsoever. I'm hoping for some good results!
