We stand behind our products with a 30-day refund policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your product. To initiate the refund process, please contact our support team at hello@ifungi.com.
Please do not send your item back before contacting us. Our team will provide you with the necessary return instructions and authorization.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before the refund appears on your statement.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged product for the same item, please send us an email at hello@ifungi.com to start the exchange process.
Late or Missing Refunds
